The program capstone course integrating all aspects of the construction management process. Students explore the roles and tasks of the construction manager and are required to utilize and extend their knowledge in all areas of expertise used by construction managers. Project management issues within a decision making and problem solving context are included in a semester-long simulation of an actual construction project.
