The dynamics involved when dealing with the public and inmates. An in-depth analysis of the following: culture and minorities, formation of attitudes and prejudices, understanding human relations, conflict intervention, special needs inmates, domestic situations and suicide. Meets M.C.O.T.C. certification requirements. Prerequisites Junior status and Criminal Justice students only
