This course focuses on the main components of health-related fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Topics including health-related fitness, nutrition, stress management, injury prevention, and the goal setting process are covered to enhance the students' awareness, knowledge and ability to make healthy choices. Prerequisites BIOL 109 or Instructor approval
