Wood & Steel Framing & Finishes

 Max credits: 3
Framing and finish materials used in wood and light steel construction. Basic layout and fabrication of wood and steel beams, joists, studs, rafters and stairs. Building codes for wood and light steel components. Typical sections will be erected rather than constructing the total structure.

Requires:

MATH 116 with grade of C- or better or ACT 24 or SAT 350; & Sophomore status
