Plans & Specifications

Introduction to the plans and specifications for both commercial/industrial buildings and highway/bridge projects. Plan reading skills, construction document components, basic construction codes and quantity takeoff. Visualizing the work from the construction documents and developing sketching skills for communication are emphasized.

Requires:

MATH 116 with grade of C- or better or 24 ACT or 560 SAT; & CONM 111
