Financial/Accounting Systems/Analysis (MMBA 606)
The structure and analysis of organizational accounting and financial systems, including the building and tracking of organizational budgets and variances; the use of various budgetary techniques, including ZBB and program budgeting, the use and analysis balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; the use of ratio analysis; and the use of the concepts of present value, and compound interest when performing capital budgeting, make/buy decision, and buy/make decisions.
