Application of psychological principles to business and industry. Topics include selection, placement, and evaluation of employees; motivation, leadership, and worker satisfaction. The role of psychology in productive organizations and service agencies, as well as society in general. This course meets General Education requirements: Social awareness, Race/Ethnicity/and or Gender Issues. Prerequisites PSYC 150
