Fundamentals of Algebra (MATH 110)

An introductory course in algebra covering linear equations, exponents, polynomials, factoring, solving quadratic equations by factoring, rational expressions, solving linear systems of equations, and applications. Integrated into the course at appropriate points are the following topics of arithmetic: prime factoring, GCF, LCD, numerical fractions, and signed number arithmetic. Prerequisites MATH 010 with grade of C- or better, or 15 ACT or 350 SAT
