Includes writers such as Bradford, Winthrop, Bradstreet, Taylor, Paine, Franklin, Irving, Cooper, Emerson, Thoreau, Poe, Hawthorne, Melville, Alcott, Douglass, Stowe, Davis, Whitman, and Dickinson.
