Adv Specialty Role Practicum (NURS 740)

In supervised practice, the graduate nursing student will synthesize and apply advanced specialty role knowledge from practice, theory and research within a practice setting chosen by the student related to the specialty field of study. This course follows NURS 730 where a proposal for this practicum was developed and approved. The focus of this individualized practicum (300 hours) is to experientially prepare the graduate nurse for a selected advanced specialty role.
