This course will provide students with a comprehensive overview of the role of leaders in community colleges. Major themes will include exploration of participants' characteristics and their alignment with the complex and ever-changing leadership expectations. Critical thinking, systems thinking, professional writing, future exploration, and portfolio development will all be highlighted as strategies to be utilized to achieve success in the program.
