A wide range of leadership roles and responsibilities in the context of the community college will be examined. Analyzing the organization's mission, vision, and values and the diverse stakeholder base, developing and properly implementing strategic plans and operational tactics are key components of this course. Also included are the organizational image; focus on quality and the value proposition; financial challenges; enrollment diversity, growth, and decline; economic uncertainties; assessment and continuous improvement. Prerequisites: Admission to the doctoral program in Community College Leadership. Typically offered Fall only.
