Focuses on evolution of automotive product distribution in the U. S. , the development of aftermarket channels, marketing, demographics, and the global nature of the industry. Includes an overview of the evolution of management styles, manufacturing processes, and a discussion of current and future trends. PC software applications applicable to this industry are introduced, including operating systems (Windows), word processing (Word), E-Mail, and Internet access.
