Mgmt of Variable Operations (AMGT 402)
This course contains an overview of automotive sales management, focusing on compensation plans, selling techniques, and proper motivation of employees. Team building exercises, presentation skills, and objection handling techniques are also explored, along with financial statement analysis and used vehicle management/marketing. Prerequisites: AMGT 303. Typically Offered Spring and Summer Semesters.
