The Biological Environment (BIOL 314)
A study of the interrelationships between humans and their environment. Lectures will emphasize ecological principles and human impacts. Field trips will be taken to selected study sites. Class projects will be completed under faculty supervision. These include the intense study of the flora and fauna of a selected site. This course is an integrated part of the environmental management studies block; enrollment is limited to students taking all five courses. Does not fulfill the requirements for BIOL 347. This course meets General Education requirements: Scientific Understanding, Lab. Pre-Requisites:Environmental health students only. Typically Offered Summer Only
