Medical Parasitology (BIOL 349)
The basic concepts of parasitology with emphasis on the major types of medically important parasites will be covered, including life cycle, diagnosis, treatment, immunity and control. Laboratory stresses identification of the various developmental stages of these parasites. Designated for students in science baccalaureate degree programs.
