Biochemistry Lab 1 (CHEM 332)
Laboratory theory and techniques of biochemistry are introduced. Experiments focus on the application of photometry, chromatography, electrophoresis and activity assays to the isolation and analysis of biomolecules such as amino acids, proteins, enzymes and nucleic acids. This course meets General Education requirements: Scientific Understanding, Lab. Pre-Requisites:CHEM 322 with a grade of D- or better. Co-Requisites:CHEM 364. Typically Offered Fall Only
