| Biochemistry laboratory techniques and theory are continued. Experiments will include the isolation of sub-cellular systems such as chloroplasts, mitochondria and microsomes. The metabolic properties of these systems, including chemiosmotic coupling, electron transport and substrate preference will be examined.
