Students journal their travel to Scotland and Ireland to meet with the peopleand to explore their culture. Students prepare for the experience byattending seminars and completing assignments on Scotland and Ireland'sHistory and culture, cross-cultural communication theories andethnomethodological assumptions and strategies. This course meets General Education requirements: Cultural Enrichment and Global Consciousness. Prerequisites: Instructor approval. Typically Offered Summer Only.
