Construction Scheduling (CONM 312)
Develops advanced construction planning and scheduling techniques, building on previous experience with the critical path method. Includes work breakdown, crew analysis and productivity, activity time-cost relationships, project time-cost relationships, resource leveling, overlapping activity relationships and lag, and project cash flow.
