Content in lecture will include dental specialties, laboratory and restorative materials used in the dental profession such as: composites, resins, sealants, amalgam, dental cements, impression materials, gypsum products, bleaching materials, fabrication of removable appliances and fixed restorations. The laboratory portion of this class will include: application and manipulation of materials and instruments used in dentistry. Pre-Requisites: DHYG 111. Typically Offered Fall Only
