This course will cover basic molecular laboratory techniques such as pipetting, specimen collection, quality control, calibration and laboratory mathematics. The course will also cover extraction techniques and determination of DNA purity using a spectrophotometer. Co-requisites: CLLS 219 and CLLS 252. Typically Offered Summer only.
