Examines leadership theories and techniques including conflict resolution, team building, decision making and supervisory skills. Students will participate in a variety of activities designed to provide information about and insight into effective leadership. The course will include information regarding organizing and working with advisory committees, promoting programming in the community and other community relations issues.
