Implementing TQM in EDUC

 Max credits: 3
Clarify TQM (Total Quality Management) process and procedures and demonstrates how they can be used in the classroom. Topics will include the TQM approaches of such quality experts as Dr.W. Edwards Deming & Philip Crosby; how TQM works with students, specific ways to integrate the TQM tools into the classroom (based on the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria); and conditions that are necessary for successfully implementing TQM in the classroom.
