Clarify TQM (Total Quality Management) process and procedures and demonstrates how they can be used in the classroom. Topics will include the TQM approaches of such quality experts as Dr. W Edwards Deming & Philip Crosby; how TQM works with students, specific ways to integrate the TQM tools into the classroom (based on the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria); and conditions that are necessary for successfully implementing TQM in the classroom.
