This course will involve students in writing and piloting an originalclassroom unit that teaches philanthropy as an integrated component of theschool curriculum. The unit will include at least one service-learningteaching experience and will be written to a standardized template thatincludes direct ties to the education standards and benchmarks. The objectiveis for students to use an exemplary integrated unit writing model to createpractical philanthropy lessons. Prerequisites: EDPH 503 and EDPH 531.Typically Offered Summer Only
