Directed Teaching (EDUC 592)
During this 15-week experience, the directed teacher will participate in practical experience under the guidance of on-site supervising teacher in planning for teaching, managing the classroom, and directing the learning activities of pupils. Directed teachers are given increasing responsibility for directing the activities of the classroom group to the point of assuming full responsibility. In addition, the directed teacher will develop instructional notebook(s), maintain a journal, observe other classrooms, and complete a case study. Directed teaching is at the secondary public school level. Co-Requisites:EDUC 599. Typically Offered Fall, Spring
