Students will study the various Human Resource components unique to the health care industry. Topics include aspects of Human Resources; Health Care bargaining units, licensing, and credentialing and accreditation requirements for health care personnel. This course will also cover health care mandates pertaining to the employment process. Prerequisites: HCSA 120 or HCSA 220 with grade of C or above.Typically Offered Fall and Spring.
