Emphasis on the social, cultural, political, and economic impact of subjects such as the Cold War, consumer culture, Baby Boom generation, Civil Rights movement, Vietnam War, Watergate, women's rights, student protests, Reagan revolution, influenc of the global economy, and the impact of changes in Eastern Europe, Africa, South America, and the Middle East on the U.S. This course meets General Education requirements: Cultural Enrichment.
