Identifies and expounds upon the two major doctrines of law (common, code) and their application within the major nations with reference to foreign countries doing business within their boundaries. Identifies law governing relations between and among the nations and examines its sources, present concepts, institutions and methods of enforcement. Pre-Requisites:INTB 310 and BLAW 301.
