Fluid Mechanics (MECH 211)

Presents principles of fluid flow, flow measurement, low-speed aerodynamics, and gas flow systems. The laboratory activity covers experimental confirmation of the theory as well as hands on demonstration of the operation of pneumatic and hydraulic fluid power components, circuits and control systems. Pre-Requisites: PHYS 211 or PHYS 241 and MATH 126 or MATH 220 or a minimum score of 26 on ACT or 590 on SAT. Typically Offered Fall Only
