| Course provides an in-depth view of the total compensation system. Design, develop, and implement a complete compensation system and the aspects of which include: establishing the compensation objectives, analyzing and evaluating jobs, establishing the organization's pay policy relative to the external labor market, and utilizing the compensation system to adjust employee wages. Emphasis will be placed on balancing internal consistency and external competitiveness while equitably rewarding individuals'contributions. |
