Professional Selling (MKTG 231)
Basic course in selling, covering development of a sales personality, sales speech, opening and closing sales, buying motives and sales psychology, organization of sales talk, meeting objectives, suggestive selling, and building a customer following. Sales demonstrations in class are evaluated by both the class and the professor. Pre-Requisites:COMM 121 or COMH 121. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer
