The concepts of effective leadership will be developed within the framework of a performance-metric-based organization. Differences in leadership style between traditional and performance-metric-based organizations will be explored. The role of the organization as an effective corporate citizen will be considered. An individual- or team-based project will be required. Pre-Requisites:Graduate Status. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer
