Strategic Planning Systems

The philosophy and development of strategic planning and strategic planning systems will be considered within the context of a performance-metric-based management philosophy. The course includes how strategic planning systems are created and maintained and how information technology is utilized to support these systems. A course project based on the themes of the course is required.
