Community Health Nursing

This course guides the professional nursing student in the examination of health promotion and prevention concepts to the community aggregate as client. The student will analyze data from epidemiology, biostatistics, social sciences, ethics and nursing to understand issues impacting the health of populations.

Requires:

EHSM 315 and Mich RN license & a minimum of 1000 hrs of clin prac as a RN; Corequisites: NURS 310, NURS 324 and NURS 422
