Health Care Delivery Sys & Nursing Practice

This course is designed to provide an understanding of the economic, political and organizational environments in which the specialty nurse practices and how these concepts interrelate to construct health care policies. Basic principles of economics and organizational theory will be used to anayze current issues in nursing, trends in health care delivery, political and fiscal accountability as they apply to the leadership roles of nursing.
