Pathophys Basis of Therapeut 1 (PHAR 315)
The course describes abnormalities in physiological function that result in human disease. Topics covered range from cellular dysfunction to organ system failure. Diseases that involve the heart, kidney, liver, stomach, intestines and the lungs will be extensively covered. Additionally, the course provides an overview of diagnostic tests used as monitoring parameters for specific disease states and medical conditions. Prerequisites: Restricted to the College of pharmacy.Typically Offered Fall only.
