This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth introduction to all aspects of skillful delivery of clinical pharmacy services. Students will dispense prescriptions with the use of computer systems; scrutinize written orders and final products; practice pharmaceutical care; understand the importance of continuous quality improvement. Emphasis will be placed on effective communication skills, eliminating noncompliance, evaluating patient information, and methods of distributing patient information. Pre-Requisites:PHPR 303.
