Continued development of knowledge and skills addressed in PHPR 602. Under the guidance of the preceptor, the student will interact directly with patients through interviews and educational consultations. Additionally, the student will provide therapeutic consultations to health care professionals involved in the care of patients. Enhancement of monitoring skills and further refinement of the ability to develop a pharmaceutical care plan for patients seen in ambulatory care clinic will be emphasized. Pre-Requisites:PHPR 602.
