Adult Ventilation

A discussion of methods of simulating normal breathing using positive and negative pressure mechanical ventilation and its effects on the body. Concepts and settings for initial mechanical ventilation, monitoring and weaning procedures are covered. Adjusting and managing a ventilated patient using methodologies and graphic waveforms are presented.
