Rec Leadership-Supervision (RMLS 180)
An overview of the theories and principles of face to face, supervisory, and administrative leadership in leisure and recreation services. Leadership roles of recreational activity experiences in a variety of settings and populations. Planning and interpersonal skills will be discussed and practiced in the context of these situations. Emphasis on understanding of, need for, and implementation of sound leadership practices. Pre-Requisites:RMLS 121 or Instructor approval. Typically Offered Spring Only
