Fitness Test-Measurement-Presc (RMLS 316)
Testing, measurement and prescription principles are covered as they relate to the areas of fitness, exercise science, and recreational activity performance for all ages. Emphasis is placed on understanding health related fitness test protocols and interpretation of health related fitness assessments for exercise prescription for individual program design found in clinical and corporate fitness employee service settings. Prerequisites: BIOL 205 and Junior status or approval by instructor. Typically Offered Spring Only-Even Years
