Lesi Serv Maintenance Mgmt (RMLS 320)
Introduces the principles, problems, and practices of maintenance for leisure service facilities, areas, and equipment. Examines techniques and tools used by administrative and supervisory staff in the planning and organizing for an effective maintenance system. Emphasis on personnel management and specific leisure services maintenance practices, equipment, budgeting, year round scheduling, and preventative procedures.
