Introduction to the community and economic impacts of tourism development. Tourism is studied at the international, national, state, regional and local levels. The role of leisure/recreational opportunities is explored in relationship to the planning, development, management, and organization of the tourism industry. GIS software will be introduced. Pre-Requisites:RMLS 340 or Instructor Approval. Typically Offered Spring Even Years and Summer Odd Years
