Traces the histroy of several minority groups in the United States, and analyzes their current demographic, economic, and social situations. Minority/dominant relations are examined. Emphasis is placed on the study of prejudice and discrimination. This course meets General Education requirements: Social Awareness and Race/Ethnicity/Gender Issues. Prerequisites: Student must be in Honors Program. Typically Offered Fall, Spring and Summer.
