Management Science (STQM 341)
Covers various concepts and techniques in quantitative approaches to decision making. Topics covered in depth include the graphical and computer solution to linear programming, transportation and assignment problems, network models, project management using PERT/CPM, inventory models, waiting line models and forecasting. Students completing this course are expected to identify and apply appropriate quantitative models and techniques to business situations. Prerequisites:STQM 260.
