Evidence-Proc Boundary Locat (SURE 366)
A study of the rules of evidence and their application in conducting boundary surveys. It includes an introduction to littoral and riparian rights and major environmental considerations and their applications to survey projects. The course focuses on federal and state statutory law and case studies, melding the theoretical with the practical. Pre-Requisites:SURE 365. Typically Offered Spring Only
