The course dynamics and study topic will vary based upon contemporary problems, issues, or trends impacting the construction industry at the time of the course. Advanced technology, management techniques and efficiencies, and business focus will be investigated depending on the course topic. Student assessment will be determined by demonstration their overall grasp of the problem analysis, possible solutions, and communication of study results.
