KCPD 365 - Research Methods


This course will expose students to several methods of gathering and analyzing research information for the purposes of application in the design process. Research methodologies will include secondary internet research, primary ethnographic research, quantitative studies, research synthesis frameworks and user testing. A research plan will be developed and implemented for the purposes of creating and validating a strategy for a new product service.
