LITR 306 - Topics Non-Western World Lit

In order to read, understand, enjoy, and reflect upon literature of the indigenous, colonial, and post-colonial cultures (excluding that of western Europe, the classical world, and the United States), students will explore its recurring themes, images, symbols, influences, and ideas. Students will interact with literature, the instructor, and classmates through analyses, interactive activities, observations, discussions, and research.
